Under the principle of coexisting with nature, we meticulously ensure food hygiene and safety. Every May, we take advantage of the golden pollination period and late fermentation, carefully monitoring every step to cultivate vanilla beans that measure between 15 to 21 centimeters in length, with the 2022 harvest predominantly being over 18 centimeters, representing the highest quality.

Vanilla beans
Using a sharp knife, slit the vanilla beans lengthwise and open it up. Use the back of the knife or a blunt flat object to scrape out the vanilla seeds. The vanilla seeds can be directly added to dishes that require a vanilla flavor.
Vanilla and dairy products are a classic combination, such as vanilla pudding and vanilla ice cream, or added to cake batter to enhance aroma. When cooking, in addition to adding the vanilla seeds, you can also include the beans itself to extract the aromatic compounds within it, resulting in a richer flavor. Be sure to remove the beans after cooking. It can also be used in braised meat dishes to enhance flavor.
Vanilla sugar
Can be used as a substitute for granulated sugar in various recipes, imparting a sweet vanilla flavor to desserts and making the food more delicious. Due to its moisture content, avoid using it when whipping egg whites.
Vanilla extract
Can be used as a substitute for vanilla beans or vanilla powder. It can enhance the aroma and flavor while also helping to eliminate the eggy smell. It can be added when brewing beverages as well. Additionally, it can be mixed with other seasonings to create marinades or sauces.
Vanilla salt
Vanilla powder
Can be used as a substitute for vanilla beans, vanilla extract, or vanilla sauce in recipes. It can enhance the aroma and flavor while also helping to eliminate the eggy smell. It can also be added when brewing beverages. Additionally, it can be mixed with other seasonings to create marinades or sauces.
